On-line Rent Payments... Residents may make one-time or recurring rental payments by ACH (electronic check). New applicants may also pay their application fees and/ or deposit with this service.
Resident Referral Rewards... Refer a friend, co-worker or acquaintance to live at Cayo grande Fort Walton or one of our Venture Residential sister-properties within program guidelines and you will receive a $50 rent credit after they move-in!
Preferred Employer Program... Cayo grande Fort Walton offers valuable benefits to employees of companies that are enrolled in our Preferred Employer Program. These benefits may include, a lower security deposit or discount on the first month’s rent. Please consult the office staff for companies enrolled.
U.S. Military Program... To express our gratitude and sincere appreciation for your commitment, we offer special benefits to all our Military who are on active duty. Please consult the office staff for specifics.
